The most common type of ATM that we install is the Genmega G2500 series retail ATM. This reliable machine features an 8” high resolution wide-screen color LCD display. In addition, the flexible platform allows us to custom fit the ATM machine options to your specific business and traffic volume.

ATM size varies by the model. The Genmega G2500 ATM is 56” H x 16” W x 23” D (about the size of a tall filing cabinet).

All you need to get started is space for the ATM, a power outlet to plug it in, and an internet connection (we can also provide a wireless cellular data connection).

Yes, there is very little electricity cost for an ATM machine. If the ATM is on 24/7 for one month and has an average of 300 transactions per month, the monthly electrical cost would be $3 – $6.

When the ATM is idle, it uses 25 watts of power. When the ATM is dispensing cash or printing a receipt, it uses 180 watts of power. The time is very minimal when the ATM is actually dispensing cash or printing a receipt; less than 3 seconds each time the ATM gets used.  This is why a typical ATM has very low power consumption.

It typically takes 1-2 weeks to order, deliver, and install an ATM.

CA$H ATM will monitor the amount of cash in the ATM and load more cash when necessary so the ATM is always in service and never runs out of cash. We also offer incentives if the business owner loads their own cash in the ATM.

CA$H ATM will routinely service the ATM and perform any necessary maintenance to ensure the ATM is always up and running, so you can have peace of mind knowing the ATM is operating properly for your customers.

New ATM machines normally don’t require any maintenance other than loading cash and occasionally refilling the receipt paper.

Like any other machine, ATMs can break and require repair, although this is very rare since ATM machines are highly reliable, often lasting for many years. However, if fixing the ATM is necessary, we would facilitate the repairs at no cost to the business owner.

Yes, the purpose of the ATM contract is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between CA$H ATM and the business owner, and to ensure that both parties understand their rights and obligations under the agreement.

Specifically, the ATM contract allows us to install and operate an ATM at a business property with agreement from the business owner.

The contract outlines the terms and conditions of the arrangement including each party’s responsibilities and the length of the agreement, which can vary from one to five years, depending on the business owner’s preference.

We take security very seriously, including special considerations such as the ATM location within the building and proximity to exits. All of our ATMs have multiple layers of locking mechanisms and the machines are securely bolted to the floor, in addition to other security measures. We collect a surcharge for each customer that withdraws cash from the ATM. We can also share a portion of the surcharge with business owners as an incentive for businesses that qualify.

An onsite ATM is highly beneficial to cash-only businesses, establishments that accept cash tips, and any business where customers prefer to pay in cash.

Some (but definitely not all) of the business types that can benefit from having an ATM are:
